You can adjust the size of the discussion in relation to the whiteboard.

Messages and their translations are displayed at the same time.
The user's original message is displayed in the left column, the translation in the right column.
It is indicated whether the translation was created automatically or edited manually.
Messages are displayed with the newest on top. For each message its date and author are shown. When placing the mouse cursor on the author her email address will be displayed, provided she had agreed so in her user profile.
Write your message in the input field at the bottom.
Format your message by selecting text. A menu is appearing then. You can create weblinks and include images.
You can attach arbitrary files to your message (paperclip button).
Send your message by clicking the Send button (paper airplane).
You can relate your message to another message. You can edit your messages later on, and you can delete your messages.
There is both, a general chat, and dedicated discussions focused on a specific document or textblock.
