Linqa is the generalized version and subsequent derivate of the DMX Zukunftswerk customer project. The software was conceptualized for and together with the Franco-German Forum for the Future (Deutsch-Französisches Zukunftswerk), a public project that fosters collaboration among actors in France and Germany. It was developed with support and public money provided by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung, BMBF).
